Cindy Holton is board-certified for Adult Nurse Practitioner as well as Cardiovascular Nurse Practitioner with about 18 years’ experience in nursing and practice. She is originally from Jesup, Ga, but has been in Toombs County since 2007. She completed her undergraduate in Nursing at Armstrong Atlantic State University in Savannah and her graduate degree from Georgia State University in Atlanta, Ga. She previously worked as a Cardiovascular Nurse Practitioner at Meadows Hospital. She enjoys educating patients about cardio metabolic health and care. he is married to Glen Holton and they reside in Lyons, Ga. Together, they have five children and two grandchildren. Their youngest sons, Isaac and Seth attend Robert Toombs Christian Academy and are busy participating in school sports. She is active in her church, Vidalia Church of God, as a member of the Music and Praise team. Her favorite part of daily practice is empowering new patients to gain knowledge and confidence in their self-care and health.
