Swimming

Follow in the footsteps of Michael Phelps and head for the pool. Swimming is low impact, taking the pressure off your joints while working practically all of the muscles in the body. Depending on your weight and exertion level, 30 minutes of swimming can help you burn up to 215-765 calories.
