Grilled Swordfish with Pineapple Salsa

Recipe Ingredients:

2 lbs swordfish steak

1 cup bottled teriyaki sauce

 

For Salsa:

2 8-ounce cans crushed pineapple

1 large red onion, chopped

1 large tomato, chopped

¼ cup lime juice

¼ cup cilantro, coarsely chopped

2 tbsp honey

Salt and pepper

Preparation:

Marinade swordfish steak in teriyaki sauce for 30 minutes. Remove fish from marinade and place on preheated grill. Grill fish 8 to 12 minutes or until desired temperature. 

While fish is grilling, prepare salsa by combining the pineapple, onion, tomato, lime juice, cilantro, and honey in a bowl. Set aside. 

Serve swordfish with pineapple salsa (adjust seasoning with salt and pepper) on four individual plates.
