Recipe Ingredients:

12 ounces reduced-fat deli maple-cured ham 

4 ounces brie cheese

1 apple, skin on, cored, sliced

4 tbsp reduced-fat honey mustard dressing

1 French baguette, cut in 4 pieces (roughly 6” x 2” x 1”, or about 3 oz each)

Preparation:

Split each baguette in half. Spread ½ tbsp honey mustard on each side of open baguette. 

Place 3 ounces ham, 1 ounce brie, and ¼ of the apple slices onto one side of baguette. Cover with other side of baguette and enjoy.
