Recipe Ingredients:

¾ lb bowtie pasta

1 lb smoked duck breast

2 tbsp minced ginger

¼ cup cilantro, chopped

2 tbsp canola oil

Salt and pepper

Preparation:

Prepare pasta per the manufacturer’s directions.

While water is boiling, dice smoked duck breast into ½-inch cubes (trim excess fat if necessary). Peel ginger and mince; reserve. Clean, wash, and dry cilantro. Rough chop cilantro and reserve.

When pasta is done cooking, drain the pasta and reserve in a bowl.

In a large sauté pan on high heat, cook duck breast in canola oil for 1 minute. Add ginger and continue to cook for 1 minute. Add pasta, salt, and pepper and toss. Cook for 1 minute longer. Remove from heat.

Serve equal portions of pasta in four bowls. Garnish with chopped cilantro.
