4 (1 oz) slices whole-grain bread, each buttered on one side
2 tbsp whipped butter
1/4 lb sliced turkey breast
2 oz sliced reduced-fat cheddar cheese
2 oz taro chips (Terra or other brand)
Layer the meat and cheese on two slices of bread, butter side down. Top each with the other two slices of bread, butter side up.Lay both sandwiches in medium-sized skillet over medium heat. Once the pan is hot, use a spatula to press the sandwiches for a moment. Flip sandwiches after about 2 minutes so each side is golden brown.Cut sandwiches in half (in the direction you choose), arrange on plate, and serve with vegetable chips.
